Working Principle
SZG series double cone rotary vacuum dryer is a double conical revolving tank, in the vacuum of the tank, steam or hot water is heated into the jacket, and the heat is contacted with the wet material through the inner wall of the tank. The water vapor evaporated after absorbing the wet material is evacuated through the vacuum exhaust pipe. Because the tank is in a vacuum state, and the rotation of the tank makes the material constantly up and down, inside and outside flip, therefore, the drying speed of the material is accelerated, and the drying efficiency is improved, so as to achieve the purpose of uniform drying. The machine is used for vacuum drying and mixing of powder and granular materials in the fields of medicine, chemical industry, food and chemical industry. It is especially suitable for the following materials: thermal sensitive material that unable to withstand high temperatures; easily oxidized, hazardous materials; materials needed to recover solvents and toxic gases; materials requiring extremely low levels of volatile matter; materials requiring well and evenly mixing, etc.
